Rick Franco
Rick Franco is an attorney at Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo. Rick represents clients on environmental and land use matters, with a focus on issues arising under the California Environmental Quality Act. He also handles matters under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Proposition 65), with a focus on protecting consumers from dietary supplements contaminated with heavy metals.
Rick previously worked with Center for Environmental Health, supporting the organization’s work to protect people from exposures to toxic chemicals through litigation, policy and advocacy. While practicing with Sher Leff, LLP and Duane Morris LLP, he litigated complex soil and groundwater contamination actions against major oil and chemical companies, and began his career litigating class action, mass tort and personal injury actions with Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann and Bernstein.
