Kevin Carmichael

Kevin Carmichael is an attorney at Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo, where he represents clients on environmental and land use matters, with a focus on issues arising under the California Environmental Quality Act.

In addition to his environmental work, Kevin represents clients in the formation and enforcement of labor agreements and in legislative and regulatory proceedings on building codes and standards, shaping laws and regulations that prioritize sustainability and worker welfare.

Kevin’s began his legal career while in law school as a Law Clerk at Legal Services of Northern California. Kevin then worked at the Henry Levy Group on tax and regulatory matters, and at Harvest Law Group where he guided clients through California’s complex regulatory landscape.
