Kelilah Federman
Kelilah Federman is an attorney at Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo. Kelilah represents clients on California environmental, land use, and energy law matters, with a focus on issues arising under the California Environmental Quality Act. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission and the California Energy Commission on energy and utility regulatory, legal and policy matters.
Prior to joining Adams Broadwell, Kelilah worked as an extern for the Secretariat for the Pacific Community where she advised on utilizing ecosystem services to combat the impacts of climate change in Pacific Island nations. While in law school, Kelilah interned with the State Water Resources Control Board, Oceana, and the San Francisco City Attorney.
