Andrew Graf

Andrew (Drew) Graf is an attorney at Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo. Andrew represents clients on California environmental, land use, and energy law matters, with a focus on issues arising under the California Environmental Quality Act. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission, the California Energy Commission and the State Legislature on energy and utility regulatory, legal and policy issues. 

Andrew previously represented disadvantaged communities as a staff attorney and clinician with Golden Gate University School of Law’s Environmental Law and Justice Clinic. He was also an associate attorney with Thomas Quinn, LLP representing clients on worker compensation claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act.
