Position Summary and Opportunity:
The Energy and Utility Associate will perform a range of work to evaluate and develop energy policy and rate cases. This includes legal research, factual investigation, administrative record development, brief writing, appearances at administrative proceedings, policy evaluation and development, oral advocacy before regulatory bodies, collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders and legislative work.

- A minimum of two years practicing before the CPUC.

Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skills, current business needs and market factors.
