Tara Rengifo

Tara C. Rengifo is an attorney at Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo. She handles a variety of cases involving the California Environmental Quality Act, Subdivision Map Act, Public Records Act, and planning and zoning law. She has extensive experience navigating land use regulations and entitlement matters for a wide range of projects from mixed-use developments to renewable energy proposals. 

Prior to joining the firm, Tara dedicated four years to the Environmental Defense Center (EDC), a non-profit environmental law firm. In addition to her legal practice at EDC, she also gained experience with coalition building, multi-sector partnerships, and communications through outreach materials, media, webinars, and public forums.  Before joining EDC, Tara practiced as a civil litigator in Santa Barbara.
