Tanya Gulesserian

Tanya Gulesserian is a shareholder at Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo. She represents clients on environmental and land use matters, with a focus on the California Environmental Quality Act. She has also negotiated hundreds of project labor agreements for industrial, commercial and residential projects. Tanya has extensive experience bringing interested stakeholders together to resolve complex labor, land use, public health and environmental law matters. Her work has resulted in sustainable development projects that avoid and minimize environmental and public health impacts and provide for the advancement of a safe and skilled construction workforce, among other community benefits.

Before joining Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo, Tanya was an attorney at the Environmental Defense Center. Prior to that, she was a law clerk at the Vermont Attorney General’s Office and in Santa Clara County Superior Court. Tanya has also been a Lecturer at the Santa Barbara College of Law and University of California, Santa Barbara.
